Welcome to the website of the UK Molecular R-matrix Group .We develop codes for modelling the low energy scattering of electrons and positrons by molecular targets, based on R-matrix method. Full descriptions are given in papers published by the group. We are a subgroup of CCP2 , which also maintains a virtual library of computer programs relevant to the project. An overview of the codes appeared in a CCP2 special issue of Computer Physics Communications whichcan be read here. The codes are maintained by Jonathan Tennyson , his group and Lesley Morgan. For an overview of the R-matrix method, see Atomic and Molecular Processes: an R-matrix method by Burke and Berrington (1993).
